In-person and online services offered:

Weight Loss Program

As someone who has struggled with weight loss her entire adult life, I can assure you I am experienced in this area. I have started and quit “diets” so many times. Want to know why I quit? I was impatient and had an addiction to using food as a coping mechanism. Every time I was stressed or overwhelmed, I used food to feel better. When I was ‘dieting’, I would eat super low calories and it was miserable and I couldn't do it long enough to make a difference. I will teach you to be health-focused and how to be in a moderate calorie deficit. Weight loss is hard work but if you are patient and consistent, you will see results. I’d love to help you!

Personalized Training Programs

No burpees or crazy cardio! You will begin a customized resistance training program that incorporates bodyweight exercises, bands, dumbbells, and kettlebells. The objective is to gradually increase the weight you use. Our primary goal is to get stronger! Before you express concerns about getting bulky, let me assure you that I have never had a client complain about their muscles getting too big. Strength training is the most efficient way to improve our health and well-being. Some of the scientifically proven benefits of strength training include improved metabolism, reduced the risk of injury, improved brain health, better management of blood sugar levels, and enhanced mobility and flexibility. With consistent strength training, you will see improvement in your overall strength and endurance, making daily tasks and activities easier to perform.

Nutrition Guidance

Foods are not “bad” or “good”. Some are more nutritious than others but depriving yourself of certain foods that are typically labeled as “bad” will only make you want them more. If you spend any time on social media, you will see a long list of foods that are demonized, like oatmeal and fruit. I’m going to help you navigate through the information overload and do what is best for you. Your nutrition should reflect your overall goals.
