About Connie

Hi! My name is Connie Hillard, and I have been working in the fitness industry since 2015. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Golf Fitness Coach, Group Fitness Instructor, Yoga teacher, and Nutrition Coach.

I understand the struggles of weight loss and I know what it’s like to feel frustrated and overwhelmed. At the age of 46, I managed to lose 35 pounds through diet and exercise and made a commitment to never gain it back. This experience inspired me to help others achieve their fitness goals and live a healthier lifestyle.

As a Coach, I am passionate about providing accountability and structure to help people achieve results. I offer all the tools needed for success- all you need to do is commit yourself, and let the transformation begin!
