This is what you can expect with online coaching:
- 2-3 workouts provided through app (one in-person session is an option if time slot is available)
- Nutrition coaching; calories and protein tracking
- Daily habit tracking (sleep, steps, etc.)
- Biweekly feedback using the data collected from your daily habit and results tracking
- Daily access to your Coach
- On-going education on fitness and nutrition
- Advice, encouragement, tips and tricks, and support from someone who has been there!
- All delivered through an app.
In-person training is an option if I have an opening in my schedule.
Strength training!! I develop a program to fit a client’s fitness level and schedule but it is centered around strength training 2 to 4 days per week.
You are in safe hands! If you are a little rusty, we will take it slow and progress as you gain strength. The exercises, sets, reps, and weight are all selected with you in mind.
You do not have to have a gym membership but you will need some equipment. The goal is to get stronger which means heavier weights will eventually be needed.

I can give examples of meals and snacks that are low calorie and high protein that will help you feel satiated
